I’ve Been Thinking About Zooming In…

In a recent newsletter I reflected on the value of zooming out—stepping back to see our lives from a broader perspective. It’s a powerful practice that can bring clarity and insight.

Today, I want to shift focus to zooming in—drawing inward and finding depth.

When we zoom in, we connect more deeply with what’s within—our intuitive intelligence, inner wisdom, and the true voice of our hearts. This practice can help us feel grounded, uncovering the richness of life beneath the surface.

By zooming in, we can create harmony between the thinking of our rational minds and the sensing of our emotional hearts, bridging the gap between logic and feeling to access a deeper sense of alignment and wholeness.

In the dance between zooming out and zooming in, we find a rhythm that anchors us while expanding our perspective—keeping us connected to ourselves and the world around us.

My invitation to you is to take a few moments daily to zoom in. Draw your attention inward—perhaps toward your heart space. Notice something small—something you might usually overlook. Allow yourself to sink into the experience of connecting with your heart, without rushing. Appreciate the magnificent being you are.

If you choose to practice zooming in may it bring clarity, presence, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
