Hello! I’m Jennifer.

Jennifer Reece, MA, NBC-HWC

Jennifer Reece Integrative Health and Wellness Coach

Professionally, I have worn many hats and gained experiences in ways that aligned with my values and ways that did not. I have worked with supporting individuals in behavior change for nearly twenty years.

First, working with students helping them make choices that matched school expectations, and now working with adults focusing on making changes that align with who they are and who they want to be – promoting thriving and optimized health.

while navigating life’s complexities – BAM! –  depression came crashing into my life and left me feeling suffocated and directionless, and feeling like “now what?”

I needed help sorting through my experiences and doing deeper personal work. I found support to sort through and dig deeper with a psychologist who introduced me to mindfulness. This practice helped me gain awareness of unhealthy patterns and helped me move forward in ways that aligned with who I wanted to be and where I wanted to go.

Personally,

holistic health and wellness coaching

This journey sparked a passion to thoughtfully partner with others navigating life’s complexities, transitions, and stresses, and support them toward living their best lives.

To accomplish this, I started and completed a master’s degree in Integrative Health & Well-being Coaching through the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing at the University of Minnesota.

In addition to core program courses, I immersed myself in studies in narrative and well-being, spirituality and resilience, integrative mental health, Ayurvedic medicine, advanced meditation techniques, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. These additional studies broadened my perspective, enriched my understanding, and now help me holistically support those I work with.
