In the wild of changing things…

In the wild of changing things…

Finding peace and growing…

Letting go and letting be…

Changing colors, changing seasons, changing life…

I love autumn… the earthy smells, the crisp air, and the changing colors. Taking time to reflect... connecting to life, changing, growing, letting go, and letting be…

Letting go and letting be…

In my life, this looks like breathing, reflecting, being present with, noticing… Noticing leaves begin to change colors on nearby trees, noticing geese gathering in my backyard pond, and noticing softness – a letting go of sorts… letting go of the push to fix, solve, or move toward some semblance of certainty… finding peace in the wild of changing things… and, at the same time, feeling the itchiness that comes with change… noticing who I am becoming and where I still want to let go and grow.

What are you noticing?

How do you honor this change of seasons in your life?

What Now? Circle

Beginning Tuesday, October 1

A Transformative Six-Week Journey for Life Stage Transitions

Join Wendy Williams, NBC-HWC and Jennifer Reece, MA, NBC-HWC in the What Now? Circle

Life stage transitions can feel uncomfortable, itchy, at times utterly chaotic. We might feel confused, inspired, or everything in between.

The What Now? Circle offers a brave, supportive, empowering space to explore life transitions. Building on our values, strengths, and desires, we will work together to identify who we are, who we want to be, and how we want to move forward. We will honor what is being left behind and envision what is next with intention and grace.

We invite you to join our six-week Circle, learning and evolving together in community.

“As you get older, you become the person you were always meant to be.”
